Position: SAP BRIM Trainers (SOM, CC, CI, CM, RAR)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions on SAP BRIM modules, including Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Contract Management (CM), and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
  • Develop training programs that cater to various levels of learners, from beginners to advanced users.
  • Create, update, and maintain training materials, including guides, presentations, and practical exercises.
  • Deliver both theoretical and hands-on training sessions to ensure participants gain practical experience.
  • Provide real-world examples and case studies to enhance the understanding of SAP BRIM processes and integration.
  • Evaluate the progress of trainees through assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments and updates in SAP BRIM modules to ensure training content remains relevant and accurate.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CC, CI, CM, RAR) in implementation, support, or consulting roles.
    • Proven experience in delivering SAP training, particularly in the SAP BRIM suite, is preferred.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Certification:
    • SAP certification in any of the BRIM modules (SOM, CC, CI, CM, RAR) is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Deep understanding of SAP BRIM processes, including billing, charging, invoicing, contract management, and revenue accounting.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
    • Ability to develop engaging training materials and customize training sessions based on audience needs.
    • Excellent analytical skills to solve problems and address trainees’ questions effectively.
    • Proficiency in conducting both online and in-person training sessions.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Prior experience as a corporate trainer or educator is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to stay updated with the latest SAP BRIM enhancements and industry trends.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Willingness to travel if needed for on-site training sessions.
