Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-depth training sessions on SAP IS-U modules, including Device Management (DM), Energy Data Management (EDM), Billing, RTP Billing, and Financial Contract Accounting (FICA).
- Develop and customize training programs to meet the varying needs of trainees at different knowledge levels, from beginner to advanced.
- Create and update training materials such as manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises that align with the latest SAP IS-U standards and practices.
- Provide real-world examples and case studies to enhance understanding of SAP IS-U processes and their application in the utilities industry.
- Conduct practical, project-based training sessions to ensure participants gain hands-on experience with SAP IS-U modules.
- Evaluate the progress and understanding of trainees through regular assessments, quizzes, and feedback.
- Stay current with SAP IS-U developments and updates to ensure the training content remains relevant and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP IS-U modules (DM, EDM, Billing, RTP Billing, FICA) in implementation, support, or consulting roles.
- Proven experience in delivering SAP training, particularly in the utilities industry, is highly preferred.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Certification:
- SAP certification in any of the IS-U modules (DM, EDM, Billing, RTP Billing, FICA) is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Deep knowledge of SAP IS-U modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver complex information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials tailored to different learning styles.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address trainee questions and provide solutions for real-time scenarios.
- Proficiency in conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Other Requirements:
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer or educator, particularly in the utilities sector, is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to stay updated with the latest SAP IS-U enhancements and industry trends.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for on-site training sessions, if required.
