Job Description:
V3S Consultants and Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced SAP MM Trainers to deliver high-quality training sessions for aspiring SAP MM consultants. The trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training programs that cover all aspects of SAP MM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP MM implementation, support, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver SAP MM training programs for both beginners and experienced professionals.
- Develop course materials, including presentations, training manuals, and hands-on exercises.
- Provide real-world examples and scenarios to enhance learning experiences.
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to trainees to ensure understanding and skill development.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP MM updates and industry practices to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.
- Support trainees with career guidance and job placement assistance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP MM, including implementation and support.
- Proven experience in training SAP MM modules to different levels of learners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver engaging training sessions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in SAP MM.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP FI, SAP PP) is a plus.
- Experience in creating e-learning content or virtual training.
