Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on the SAP Quality Management (QM) module, covering both theoretical and practical aspects.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and practical exercises, tailored to the SAP QM module.
- Provide training on various aspects of SAP QM, such as quality planning, inspection, control, quality certificates, and integration with other SAP modules (like MM, PP, and SD).
- Conduct real-time project-based training to give trainees hands-on experience and exposure to real-world scenarios.
- Evaluate the trainees’ understanding and progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and feedback.
- Keep the training curriculum up-to-date with the latest updates and enhancements in the SAP QM module.
- Assist trainees in understanding complex scenarios and resolving their queries related to the SAP QM module.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with the SAP QM module in implementation, support, or consulting roles.
- Previous experience as an SAP trainer or instructor, particularly in the SAP QM module, is highly desirable.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Certification:
- SAP certification in the QM module is preferred.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the SAP QM module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules like MM, PP, and SD.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training to diverse audiences.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials and presentations.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address trainee queries and provide solutions for real-time scenarios.
- Proficiency in conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to adapt training methodologies to suit different learning styles and levels of experience.
- Experience with developing e-learning modules and using various training technologies is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for on-site training sessions, if required.
